ESPH428 SB Economic Study (ESPH428 LM) - AWARD

Wealden District Council (WDC) and Eastbourne Borough Council (EBC) are seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a full Economic Study for the two administrative areas.
