The Council currently leases 23 HMO's from private landlords. This project proposes that around 6 HMO's (equating to approx. 25-30 rooms) are subleased to a specialist supported housing provider to facilitate the provision of an enhanced supported housing package targeted specifically at residents such as rough sleepers who are suffering from mental health conditions and/or drug or alcohol dependency issues.
