Street Outreach Service for People who are Rough Sleeping

The service will locate and support people rough sleeping to move off the streets as quickly as possible into appropriate accommodation, either supported or suitable independent accommodation. In addition to people rough sleeping, the service will also work with people who are begging and / or otherwise street based in Leeds providing focussed support where appropriate.
