Winter Facility to Support Discharge and Rehabilitation Services on behalf of BHR CCGs

Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge Clinical Commissioning Group (BHR CCGs) are seeking to commission 20 beds across 1 to 2 Nursing Homes within the BHR Boroughs as part of an innovative winter project to provide nursing facilities to patients who then receive in-reach rehabilitation services (Physio and OT) for up to 21 days.
