Introducing an Additional HMO Licensing and Selective Licensing in Luton - Consultants

Luton Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the Council on the delivery of proposals introduce a borough wide Additional HMO licensing scheme and an initial Selective Licensing Scheme within the scope of the Housing Act 2004: Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Selective Licensing of other residential accommodation (England) General Approval 2015.
