TC819 Inspection of Food Premises

The contract is to carry out approximately 1,000 food hygiene and food standards inspections of businesses in the City of Manchester. The inspections will comprise of mainly premises rated category C and D at the last inspection under to the FSA CoP scoring scheme. Some category B and unrated premises may also be included.
