The Employer is seeking to engage a principal contractor on a design and build basis to carry out a single storey construction within the existing Throws & Jumps Hall. A steel frame to be connected to the existing steelwork within the hall, with new walls constructed of high density blockwork and a suspended acoustic ceiling.
