Specialist Surfacing Works and Road Markings Framework (NY Highways)

This Framework will be the primary source for specialist surfacing works - footway slurry surfacing, retexturing of existing carriageways (including any lining) and high friction surfacing (including any lining) - but will be an alternative source for road markings alone (including studding), which may include stand-alone lining schemes or a 'top up' to an existing in-house provision for ad hoc works.
