Roofing upgrades and repairs programme to council dwellings

The council has a need within its housing stock for replacing existing roofs that have deteriorated due to age and condition. The works include the removal and disposal of existing roofing tiles felt and battens, and the renewal of the same to include improvements to the insulation in new materials to meet current building regulations.
