Fuel Poverty & Energy Efficiency Programme 2018-22

The Council is seeking a supplier to lead a general awareness raising programme of fuel poverty alleviation assistance and energy efficiency throughout the Borough. Although concentrated in the east, Wirral has pockets of fuel poverty throughout the Borough as well as fuel poor households living in more affluent areas.
