Delivery of Local Authority Disabled Facilities Grant Adaptations within the District of Hambleton

The Council is seeking an organisation to provide Local Authority Disabled Facilities Grants functions in Hambleton District and to deliver other discretionary works to alleviate the most significant hazards (excess cold or collective falls) within domestic dwellings that have the potential to impact on the health of the most vulnerable.
