14/166 PROCUREMENT OF A JOINT VENTURE PARTNER (JVP) IN RELATION TO DEVELOPMENT OF A HEAT NETWORK

The Council wishes to procure a Joint Venture Partner (JVP) with which to enter into a corporate joint venture arrangement (JVA). The purpose of the JVA, which will have an intended duration of 30 years, is to seek commercial benefit to the joint venture partners by delivering heat networks in Cheshire East.
