The aims of MLPA are to improve safeguards, increase access to LPAs, and achieve sustainability for OPG. When implemented, MLPA will deliver a new LPA service with a digital channel for making and registering an LPA as well as a paper alternative for those who cannot, or will not, use the digital channel.
