ESCC - AO - RFQ - Bexhill Library Internal Refurbishment

Bexhill Library is located on a busy main street in the town. The library is on two levels and is a large open plan space, providing stock to browse and borrow, reading and study space and free public computers. We are looking for a design that creates more clearly defined 'zones' within the library and includes private areas for quiet study and reading.
