Picket Twenty Extension - Public Art Commission

Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) wish to commission a heritage interpretation scheme for the new development of The Paddocks at Picket Twenty Extension development in Andover. The chosen artist will find creative and engaging ways to bring to life the important heritage of the site through public art and an education programme.
