South Tees Recovery and Outreach Mental Health Service

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (STEES CCG) propose to commission a Recovery and Outreach Mental Health service covering the whole of the STEES CCG locality.
