The work comprises of removing all existing guttering, rainwater pipes and associated fixings, fascia/barge and soffit boards, including box ends, some flashings, remove and set-aside for re-use loose roofing tiles, clean out and make good drainage connections, rake out pointing to verges, installing new rain water goods (including re-connecting to existing drainage and making good seal), fascia/barge, soffits, to the whole of the roof.
