North Northallerton Link Road and Bridge Procurement

Taylor Wimpey (the Client), as part of a new residential development in Northallerton, are to provide a road linking two housing developments one by Taylor Wimpey (TW) and the other by Persimmon Homes (PH). This link road crosses a Network Rail (NR) owned railway line. It is the bridge aspect of this link road that this procurement is to cover.
