Bi-Borough Post Rehabilitation Step Down Service - Contract Award

The Integrated Commissioning Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the City of Westminster (WCC) have awarded a contract to Open Age in order to deliver a Post Rehabilitation Step Down Service via the Open (non-OJEU) tender.
