Cycle Training Services - Portsmouth

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide effective, efficient delivery of cycle training to primary and secondary schools in Portsmouth. The awarded contract may also be used for other cycle training, including but not limited to scootability training and community events.
