Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint Providers for the inclusion on the Wyre Forest District Council temporary accommodation Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Wyre Forest District Council has a legal duty under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) to provide temporary accommodation for single people or homeless households whilst an application for housing is being assessed.
