The overall purpose of the Local land Charge Service is to maintain the Local Land Charges register and provide Local Land Charge searches for the community of Herefordshire. The main clients are solicitors and private search companies who complete conveyancing transactions for all those who are involved in various matters relating to the transfer/mortgaging of property.
