Migration of Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) communications for Intelligent Traffic Systems assets

This contract is for PSTN infrastructure and to also cater for add-on services such as Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Broadband. The move to the next generation digital Internet Protocol (IP) based network is required and with no action will result in loss of communications and functionality to the majority of Traffic Signals across Surrey.
