Development of a Theory of Change and Evaluation Plan for a FinTech application

We are commissioning the creation of a Theory of Change and Evaluation Plan for a FinTech partner, aimed at supporting an ongoing process of evaluating the effectiveness of their Apps and their impact on users' financial capability.
