AT1309 - Local Transport Plan

As the local transport authority (LTA) and highway authority for Luton, the council is required to prepare a Local Transport Plan (LTP). The LTP is a statutory planning document which the council is required to produce in line with the Transport Act 2000 and Local Transport Act 2008.
