PIN - Early Engagement Derbyshire Out of Hours Service

The Derbyshire Commissioners, lead by North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group are reviewing the current Out of Hours Service for Derbyshire. The key outcome of the current Out of Hours Service is that patients in Derbyshire will have access to a high quality Primary Care Out of Hours provider which will prevent unnecessary attendances/admissions to acute trusts and provide assessment, care and reassurance to patients with primary care needs.
