Hospital Discharge Service

To extend the current provision of the Hospital Discharge service, that was compliantly procured, for a further 12 weeks from 1st April 2023 to 25th June 2023 to allow a full review and evaluation of the service to take place. Following the review and evaluation options will be considered to further extend the service, end or re-procure - with the appropriate governance in place.
