ITT - Provision of vehicle hire across the UK

The provision of a vehicle hire service covering the whole of the UK. Contracting Authority officials can hire a vehicle if it is cheaper and/or more appropriate than using public transport, and if they have a current driving licence. They should hire the least expensive and smallest car necessary for their journey.
