Dynamic Purchasing System for Specialist Transport Services (2025)

Warrington Borough Council is keen to operate a Dynamic Purchasing System to meet its needs for specialist transport. This will include home to school, home to adult day centres etc. A range of vehicles will be required. Suppliers are invited to apply to join the DPS at any stage, although initially a call for competition will be held.
