Provision of a UKAS accredited general building works support contractor to primarily aid the area surveyors managers [ASM] and secondly the in-house direct labour organisation [DLO] and with the maintenance of council dwellings. This arrangement will permit the contractor to undertake the accrued backlog and perform as a contingency service provider if other contractors fail to perform.
