EBC CM Elmbridge Newsletter Distribution (RFQ)

Elmbridge Borough Council produces a residents newsletter 3 times per year - June, September and December. This is distributed to all households in the Borough - approx. 56,500 households. It is a A3, 8 page newsletter weighing 43g. We would like a company to quote for all three distributions in 2016 only. the newsletters will be sent directly from the printers to the distributor.
