The Green Investment Bank Financial Services (GIBFS) is considering an investment into an offshore wind farm currently in operation (the “Transaction”). GIBFS is looking to appoint a Technical Advisor (TA) to conduct a detailed technical review to ascertain the technical risk profile of the project.
