The Jamestown Swimming Pool consists of two pools, namely a 33m (100 foot) long main swimming pool and a smaller paddling pool. The pool was constructed in 1979 by the Royal Engineers and opened in November of that same year. The actual swimming pool is still in good condition however the plant facility that operates the pool is past itâs shelf life and is in need of complete replacement.
