Contract for Somewhere Safe to Stay

This contract is for Somewhere Safe to Stay (ssts) beds based within County Durham. Durham County Council requires a total of 9 (ssts) somewhere safe to stay beds based at various locations dispersed across County Durham which is to be provided by a number of Providers.
