WDC - ITT for provision of a bike track facility at Newbold Comyn Park, Royal Leamington Spa

Warwick District Council is seeking to redevelop Newbold Comyn, which includes using part of the existing disused golf course to create cycle tracks, a learn to ride area, skills area and to upgrade the campion hills. The Council is looking for a contractor redevelop the existing Campion Hills bike tracks; but also to build a new cycle track facility based on an approved conceptual cycle trail design.
