Provision of Medical Assessments pursuant to Part VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996

This Contract is for the Provision of Medical Assessments pursuant to Part VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996. The service will enable Haringey Council to assess the needs of individuals who require settled accommodation due to medical or welfare grounds, as well as those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to determine if their housing situation is causing or exacerbating their medical condition.
