Creation of best practice assets to improve employer's capabilities to support women through their pregnancy, maternity and return to work

The Commission has already published comprehensive online guidance on pregnancy and maternity for employers and employees to explain compliance with equality law. The new assets are not intended to duplicate this guidance but rather to explain pragmatic steps to develop good practice.
