The Framework Agreement is for the provision of Tar-Macadam Materials/ Asphalt Materials for the use of proactive and reactive maintenance of the highway network within the City of Stoke-on-Trent on a delivery and collection basis.It will cover the collection of Asphalt material Lot1- North area and Lot2 - Central /South area ) from the Supplier's Depot and also the delivery of Asphalt material (Lot3) by the Supplier to the Council.
