MEASURED TERM CONTRACT

Bidders are to complete Schedule of Rates for Building Work (Section 4), Mechanical and Electrical Installations (Section 5) and Preliminaries (Section 6). The competitiveness of tendered rates will be reviewed and scored in the respective sections (Building/Mechanical and Electrical Installations/Preliminaries).
