The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for the Provision of a Digital Autopsy Service for HM Coroner Manchester West on behalf of Her Majesty's Coroners Manchester West ("HM Coroners"), which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
