Southend Traffic Surveys 2016
Southend-on-Sea is seeking bids for classified turning traffic counts, queue length surveys, pedestrian counts, cycle counts and Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC) at 40 locations within the Borough to be carried out in May/June 2016. All surveys to be undertaken from 7am-7pm, apart from the ATCs to be carried out over 7 consecutive days. The surveys will need to be carried out on a neutral weekday and some locations will also need to be surveyed on a Saturday. The surveys will need to be carried out before 23rd June....
