Demolition of Soffham Farm Depot

The work consists of the demolition of all the buildings at Soffham Farm Depot, Soffham Close, Hull, and the removal of the ground floor slab, sub-structure and foundations. All existing hardstandings, footpaths and redundant drainage, sewers, services, etc, are to be removed. Some of the existing manholes and drainage system are to be retained.
