Providers are invited to complete an Invitation to Tender (referred to from now on as ITT) outlining their bid for Carers Services. The Provider will develop and provide Countywide services which enable Carers in Northamptonshire to maintain a balance between caring responsibilities and leading a fulfilling life outside of their caring role.
