EOI for MTC Minor works and maintenance

Edge Hill University wishes to establish a 3-year Measured Term Contract with the option of 1-year extension for the appointment of a Contractor in support of the University's Minor Works and maintenance programme. The envisaged scope of works to take place between May 2022 - April 2025 with an option to extend the contract by a further 1 year.
