Reactive Building Fabric Repairs

The main scope of works is to provide a reactive fabric building service for the City’s property portfolio. These works will include but are not be limited to: glazing, carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing and general handyman services. The calls for this work will be distributed to the supplier through the Property Service Desk with a priority response matrix giving the time within which the work should be completed.
