Hertfordshire County Council are looking to employ a contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract to provide a new, 2-storey, 8 classroom block together with support and resource areas, adaptation and refurbishment of the existing school, a new MUGA and external space/landscaping. This work is due to be commenced in June 2019 and to be fully operational for the school in September 2020.
