Appointment of Consultant to Advise & Lead on the Spindles & Town Centre Redevelopment Programmes

To consult and drive forward the redevelopment programmes for the new Spindles & Town Centre programmes. The consultant will lead on the on the Town Centre redevelopment and be responsible for managing the development through the design and construction phases to handover/occupation with emphasis on maximising return of invested capital and operating profitability including management of cashflow.
