Finsbury Leisure Centre & Residential Project - Pre-Construction Service Agreement

Finsbury Leisure Centre & Residential (FLCR) project requires a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to provide contractor advice during design stages 3 and 4 of the project. This report sets out the results of a procurement exercise using the council New Build Framework Agreement to secure a contractor to undertake the PCSA.
