ECC have approved a net zero carbon and retrofit strategy as part of their overall planned capital programme of works. In order to develop this strategy, the client team have agreed to develop future specification of works and to develop a long-term retrofit strategy investment plan, to help understand its future liabilities and deliver its strategic/corporate aims.
