Managed Lone Worker System

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust require a managed service provision of a lone worker system for approximately 1,200 users (the number of users may increase and decrease during the term) which will monitor the safety of lone workers, via the Trust's existing and any future mobile phone system whilst providing the capacity to call for immediate assistance if difficulties are encountered and be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
